How much is the deposit?
50% of the total cost (balance payable on arrival). All major credit cards are accepted. Please contact us to arrange payment.
What about the cancellation fee?
The cancellation fee is half the deposit. If we can rent the apartment, the deposit will be refunded, (minus an administration charge of 1 night's stay)
Are discounts available?
Discounts are available for stays of 18 nights or more. - January 4th to mid May: 7.5% discount. - mid May to December 20th: 15% discount. - December 21st to January 3rd: no discount. (Valid at the time of booking, subject to change without notice).
